From September 5-9, an exhibition will be held in the central province of Gia Lai, involving 17 provinces and cities in Visit Vietnam Year – Gia Lai 2026.

The exhibition, hosted by the Vietnam Exhibition Centre for Culture and Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, is organised in collaboration with the relevant agencies, with the purpose of disseminating Vietnam’s and Gia Lai’s cultural heritage and natural resources, as well as tourism products; and establishing opportunities for the localities to connect, exchange and strengthen regional and inter-regional cooperation in tourism.

It will gather 17 provinces and cities, comprising Dien Bien, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Quang Ngai, Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Tay Ninh, Ca Mau, Dong Thap, An Giang, Da Nang, Hue, Can Tho, and Ho Chi Minh City.

They will exhibit cultural heritages, natural landscapes, historical sites, festivals, craft villages, tourism products, cuisine and local specialities, as well as One Commune One Product (OCOP) to highlight the diversity of Vietnam’s cultural and tourism resources.

Themed spaces will showcase UNESCO-recognised heritage sites, special national relics, tangible and intangible cultural heritage, world biosphere reserves, documentary heritage and Vietnamese communities who are included in UN Tourism’s list of Best Tourism Villages.

In particular, the “Bridges of Memory – Connecting with the World” area will showcase world heritage places from different countries, such as Angkor Wat (Cambodia), Great Wall of China (China), Taj Mahal (India), Eiffel Tower (France) and the Giza Pyramids (Egypt), representing different forms of heritage diversity and cultural exchanges during the process of international integration.

Traditional music, traditional folk songs and dances, ethnic costumes, ao dai and Street performances will be featured in the Cultural and Artistic programme.

The opening ceremony will be held at 7:30 pm on September 6 at the Convention Centre of Gia Lai Province.
