Trump Confirms New Iran Negotiations Scheduled for Friday

U.S. President Donald Trump indicated that he was not pleased with Iran, but they were set to have more talks on Friday on the nuclear program in Tehran.

In a call to the reporters prior to a visit to Texas, Trump indicated that he would like to reach a deal with Iran, but that Tehran could not possess a nuclear weapon.

Negotiations on the nuclear program of Tehran were going on this week as a huge U.S. military force assembled in the region. Trump stated that he does not desire to apply military power in Iran, but there are occasions when one must.

On Friday, Mediator Oman dispatched its foreign minister to Washington to negotiate on the matter with U.S Vice President JD Vance, according to a source close to the situation.
