Minthis Music Festival Returns for a Third Year of Music, Culture & Unforgettable Connections

The Minthis Music Festival concluded another fantastic evening in the Minthis Amphitheatre, as applause rang out into the warm evening of the summer. The festival has also been running for the third straight year, and it has firmly positioned itself as one of the most unique cultural experiences on the island; that is why it attracts internationally acclaimed artists, enthusiasts and the beauty of Minthis itself, and creates moments that will last long after the final encore.

During the five memorable evenings, from 8 to 12 July, visitors from all over Cyprus and the world came together under the stars to enjoy world-class music performances set in a stunning natural environment and complemented by contemporary architecture. With a remarkable programme curated by LaimTee Art, presented by Pafilia, the festival again made Minthis an environment where music, nature and human connection are perfectly harmonised, suggesting to the public to slow down and listen, to share a part of something special.

This year’s programme saw the participation of the most outstanding international artists, such as Florian Christl and his ensemble with violinist Niklas Liepe, the pianist Jeneba Kanneh-Mason, the Vision String Quartet, the Austrian bass Günther Groissböck, accompanied by pianist Nelson Calzi and the talented British jazz singer Claire Martin.

Whether in the realm of contemporary classical music, piano recital, chamber music, opera or jazz, these concerts, each in their own unique style, took the listener into a world of wonder, reflection and joyousness, sharing the universal language of music at its best.

Minthis Music Festival has turned into more than a festival; it has become a celebration of shared experiences. It’s a place where strangers turn to companions, conversations don’t just fade away when the music stops, and memories are made over some of the most unique scenery found on the island. The festival continues to cement its place within the cultural landscape of Cyprus while being a testament to Minthis’ dedication towards providing experiences that are inspirational and unifying, through the power of the arts.

A special word of gratitude goes out to the sponsors of the Minthis Music Festival 2026, Porsche Cyprus, Cyprus Airways, Cyprus Workation Club, Bottles Wines and Spirits, and Aroma Flowers for their invaluable contributions towards making this festival possible. Special thanks also go to the festival’s communication sponsors, CBN, Alpha Group, SPP Media, Dias Group, Vestnik Kipra and Cyprus Mail, who contributed to making the festival accessible to audiences throughout Cyprus and beyond.
