Widespread Damage and Evacuations Across Key Regions

In the Ilsky oil refinery of the Seversky district of the Krasnodar Region, drone debris set fire to the facility, triggering a serious fire. The residents of those homes, which are in the immediate emergency zone, are currently being evacuated, the Administration of Taganrog headed by its mayor, Svetlana Kambulova, said, since the threat is serious.
