The US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has had talks with the foreign ministers from the Persian Gulf states in Bahrain, and he is optimistic about their constructive dialogues with Iran where they can strike deals. 

The talks focused on building regional collaboration and security and diplomatic ways of dealing with the existing tensions. Rubio stressed that dialogue is always the best way to go towards stability and mutually beneficial deals.

In other words, with the help of some of the people who are here right now, we are going to have a constructive dialogue with Iran where we are going to make a very good deal.
