Ukrainian Armed Forces Report Major Strikes on Russian Military Infrastructure

The Armed Forces of Ukraine General Staff reported successful military strikes which destroyed critical Russian infrastructure assets. The recent operations succeeded in damaging enemy command posts and radar systems and essential logistics facilities throughout various regions.

Coordinated Strikes on Command Posts and Logistics Hubs

The military announced in its recent statement that their April 16 operations which continued into April 17 successfully destroyed multiple command and observation posts. The military operation targeted a strategic position which existed near the village of Dolgoye in the Luhansk region.

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine confirmed that strikes hit sites which operated unmanned aerial vehicle control systems. The drone control centers existed both near Tyotkino in Russia’s Kursk region and throughout the various locations of Zaporizhzhia region.

The offensive reached a weapons repair base and a critical logistics center located within the Donetsk Oblast. Ukrainian forces attacked a Crimea storage facility which held assault boats to disrupt enemy maritime and operational capabilities.

Destruction of Advanced Radar Systems and Supply Depots

The military operation extended its reach to multiple locations beyond its main command centers which resulted in the destruction of multiple ammunition storage facilities throughout three Ukrainian regions. The destruction of fuel and supply storage facilities at multiple Luhansk settlements created additional problems for Russian supply operations.

The Ukrainian Government representatives showed that their earlier operations this month successfully destroyed advanced Russian radar systems. The mission destroyed both the Nebo-M and Podlet radar systems which serve as vital elements of the enemy air defense system.

The previous operations destroyed a complete drone laboratory at a facility located in Donetsk. The Ukrainian President together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine observe the strategic situation while the General Staff conducts ongoing evaluations of enemy losses and total damage to infrastructure.
