Texas Refinery Blast Sparks Massive Fire at Valero Plant

An explosion has reportedly taken place at the refinery in Texas, with a large fire now engulfing the refinery.

The shelter-in-place order has been issued on the west side of Port Arthur, Texas, due to reports of an explosion at the refinery.

The explosion has caused thick black smoke and flames to shoot high into the air, with reports of a large blaze at the refinery.

The refinery is said to be one of the largest refineries in the US, producing more than 335,000 barrels every day.

The emergency services are on their way to the location, with no reports of injuries.

The reason behind the explosion is not known.
