The Iranian officials have verified news regarding the death of the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, Ali Larijani, due to a US and Israeli strike.

The statement on the Telegram channel of the politician announced that “Ali Larijani has been martyred.”

The Fars news agency revealed that the Iranian government has chosen three or seven successors to major posts within the organisation of state vehicles, as well as the leadership of the army in the country.

In conformity with its data, three to seven successors have been established for all accountable government officials and army commanders. It is noted that this decision was adopted so that in case of any incident, “the country’s government and military affairs would not have any impact.”
