The Xinjiang Tianchi Lake Scenic Area ushered in the New Year with the hippy cultural exaltation of the year 2026, in which a ballooning New Year blessing ceremony was conducted on the first day of the year in Tianchi Lake. 

The celebration was held in the splendid backdrop of the snow-white Bogda Peak shining under the early morning sun that drew immense crowds of guests who attended the year-end with well-wishes. It began with an occurrence that presented the thrill and rejuvenation of a great force in its drum acts that resonated through the frozen landscapes.

To further add to the festive mood, there were colorful song and dance performances showcasing the rich ethnic background and the various cultural heritage of Xinjiang, which impressed the local and foreign tourists. 

There were a lot of visitors flocking to the shore of the lakes to make their wishes and their prayers for the coming year with the hope of prosperity, peace, and good fortune. 

The event was not only a very happy start to 2026, but the beginning of the renewed trust of the cultural tourism industry in China as it moves into the era of its 15th Five-Year Plan, with a new set of opportunities to develop and interact with other cultures.
